Bulog perketat standar serap gabah sesuai inpres baru

Perum Bulog menerapkan aturan baru untuk menyerap gabah yang sudah siap panen, sesuai Instruksi Presiden Nomor 4 Tahun 2026. Pengawasan dilakukan sejak tahap panen di sentra produksi. Langkah ini bertujuan menjaga kualitas beras pemerintah.

Di Karawang, Jawa Barat, Direktur Utama Bulog Ahmad Rizal Ramdhani menyatakan bahwa gabah yang diserap harus sudah memasuki usia panen. Pernyataan ini disampaikan pada Kamis (23/4/2026), seiring penerapan Instruksi Presiden Nomor 4 Tahun 2026 tentang pengadaan dan pengelolaan gabah serta beras hingga 2029.

"Di Inpres Nomor 4 Tahun 2026 ada penekanan bahwa gabah yang dipanen harus dalam kondisi siap panen, dalam arti sudah memasuki usia panen," kata Rizal.

Bulog melibatkan penyuluh pertanian lapangan (PPL) dan Babinsa untuk mengawasi panen, mencegah pemanenan prematur. "Makanya kami libatkan PPL dan Babinsa di lapangan untuk memastikan gabah yang dipanen tidak masih hijau atau belum memasuki masa panen," ujarnya. Hasilnya, kualitas beras di gudang Bulog membaik.

"Sekarang sudah terlihat kondisinya bagus. Hasilnya juga baik," tambah Rizal. Selain itu, gudang Bulog penuh karena peningkatan produksi beras nasional. Pemerintah berencana bangun 100 gudang baru dengan teknologi Badan Riset dan Inovasi Nasional (BRIN) untuk perpanjang daya simpan beras hingga dua tahun, kata Menteri Koordinator Bidang Pangan Zulkifli Hasan.
