Klage vor dem High Court gegen EPRA-Kraftstoffpreiserhöhung

Die Petition stellt zudem den Verzicht auf Schwefelkraftstoffnormen in Frage und führt mehrere Kabinettssekretäre sowie Behörden als Antragsgegner auf. Die Preise traten am 15. Mai für einen Zeitraum von 30 Tagen in Kraft. Die Motorists Association of Kenya hat unabhängig davon aus Protest einen landesweiten Streik ab Montag, den 18. Mai, angekündigt. Der stellvertretende Präsident Kithure Kindiki führte die Anpassungen auf die Konflikte zwischen Iran, Israel und den USA zurück.
