Am 16. April hatte der Konzernvorstand in einer kurzfristig einberufenen Sitzung beschlossen, Cityline umgehend zu schließen. Die Tochterfirma betreibt Zubringerflüge nach Frankfurt und München und gehört zu Lufthansa Airlines, zu der die Kernmarke Lufthansa gehört.
