Sharma a déclaré que les plateformes ont besoin d'exclusivités pour réussir tout en devant toucher de vastes publics en tant qu'éditeur majeur. Elle a décrit ce défi comme difficile et a affirmé que l'entreprise examine chaque titre avec attention. La dirigeante a confirmé sa décision de mettre fin à l'initiative Xbox Copilot. Elle a ajouté que son mandat se concentre sur la position d'Xbox en tant qu'entreprise leader du jeu vidéo et du divertissement plutôt que sur l'atteinte de marges bénéficiaires de 30 pour cent. Sharma a également évoqué la hausse des coûts du matériel en raison de l'IA, de la mémoire et du stockage. Elle a précisé que Microsoft continue de subventionner les consoles comme la Xbox Series S et la Xbox Series X, tout en planifiant un appareil abordable de nouvelle génération, le projet Helix.
