Prabowo minta kementerian pangkas masa tunggu haji

Wakil Menteri Haji dan Umrah Dahnil Anzar Simanjuntak mengatakan Presiden Prabowo Subianto meminta kementerian mencari cara memendekkan antrean haji reguler. Pernyataan itu disampaikan di Medan pada Sabtu.

Dahnil menyatakan evaluasi penyelenggaraan haji tahun 2027 atau 1448 Hijriah akan dilakukan. Presiden meminta formula antrean haji dipangkas lebih pendek.

Saat ini antrean haji reguler secara faktual sekitar 13 hingga 14 tahun. Secara administratif masa tunggu disamaratakan menjadi 26 tahun di seluruh daerah Indonesia.

Presiden juga mengapresiasi jamaah haji Indonesia yang lebih tertib di Tanah Suci. Ia berharap kementerian fokus memberikan pelayanan prima untuk keselamatan dan kenyamanan jamaah.
