서울 주식시장이 8일 미국 증시 하락 영향으로 하락 출발했다. 코스피 지수는 개장 후 1.41% 하락한 7,548.13을 기록했다.
코스피는 장 초반 2.7% 하락한 7,452.48로 출발한 뒤 낙폭을 줄였다. 다우존스 산업평균지수는 전 거래일 대비 0.25% 하락했고 나스닥 종합지수는 1.16% 떨어졌다.
삼성전자는 1.69% 하락했고 SK하이닉스는 0.95% 내렸다. 현대차는 3.2% 떨어졌으며 한화오션은 5.46% 급락했다. LG전자는 1.06% 올랐고 LG디스플레이는 5.33% 상승했다.
원·달러 환율은 오전 9시 15분 기준 1,518.65원으로 전 거래일보다 2.85원 하락했다.
