23일 서울 증시가 미국 기술주 하락 영향으로 소폭 하락 출발했다. 코스피는 장 초반 0.34% 떨어진 9,083.54로 거래를 시작했다.
이날 오전 9시 15분 기준 코스피는 전 거래일 대비 3.17포인트(0.03%) 하락한 9,111.38을 기록했다. 미국 나스닥 지수가 1.3% 하락한 가운데 기술 기업에 대한 우려가 투자 심리를 압박했다.
미국 부통령 JD 밴스는 이란과의 협상에서 "매우 좋은 기반"이 마련됐다고 밝혔으나, 스페이스X의 채권 발행 소식과 주가 급락이 시장에 부담을 줬다. 스페이스X 주가는 최근 사흘 연속 하락하며 16.4% 떨어졌다.
서울에서는 삼성전자가 0.99%, SK하이닉스가 0.45% 하락했다. 현대차는 3.1%, 삼성전기(삼성전자 계열사)는 4.02% 떨어졌다. 원/달러 환율은 1,540.4원으로 3.4원 상승했다.
