6월 5일 서울 주식시장이 기술주 매도세로 급락 출발했다. 코스피 지수가 개장 직후 3.66% 하락한 데 이어 9시 15분경 5.2%까지 떨어졌다.
코스피 지수는 개장과 동시에 316.21포인트, 3.66% 떨어진 8,323.2로 시작했다. 이후 9시 15분 기준 449.16포인트, 5.2% 하락한 8,190.25까지 밀렸다.
한국거래소는 9시 8분경 코스피200 선물지수가 5% 이상 하락하자 프로그램 매매를 5분간 정지했다.
삼성전자는 6.69%, SK하이닉스는 8.83% 떨어졌다. 현대차와 삼성전기 역시 각각 5.29%, 5.13% 하락했다.
원·달러 환율은 1,535.15원으로 전 거래일 대비 5.45원 상승했다.
