A Suprema Corte decidiu na quinta-feira que o governo extrapola sua autoridade ao impor um registro nacional único para apartamentos de aluguel turístico e de temporada, duplicando os sistemas regionais. O tribunal manteve a janela única digital para procedimentos e a obrigação de plataformas como Airbnb e Booking transmitirem dados. O Ministério da Habitação aceitou a decisão e ressaltou que, desde julho de 2024, a ferramenta revelou mais de 11.000 contratos de aluguel ilegais. Um total de 258.000 apartamentos turísticos e 83.000 aluguéis de temporada foram incluídos no registro. As medidas são reguladas pelo Real Decreto 1312/2024, de 23 de dezembro.
