Oditur militer sebut motif serangan air keras Andrie Yunus dendam pribadi

Oditur Militer II-07 Jakarta menyatakan motif penyiraman air keras terhadap aktivis KontraS Andrie Yunus oleh empat prajurit TNI diduga dendam pribadi. Kasus tersebut telah dilimpahkan ke Pengadilan Militer II-08 Jakarta, meski menuai protes dari tim advokasi. Sidang perdana dijadwalkan 29 April.

Empat prajurit TNI diduga menyiramkan air keras terhadap aktivis Komisi untuk Orang Hilang dan Korban Tindak Kekerasan (KontraS) Andrie Yunus. Kolonel Chk Andri Wijaya, Kepala Oditur Militer II-07 Jakarta, mengungkapkan motifnya mengarah pada dendam pribadi berdasarkan Berita Acara Pemeriksaan (BAP). Motif ini terkait peristiwa Andrie Yunus menerobos rapat tertutup revisi Undang-Undang TNI di sebuah hotel Jakarta pada 2025.

"Untuk motif, sampai dengan saat ini, yang kami dalami melalui BAP, bahwa motif yang dilakukan oleh para terdakwa ini masih dendam pribadi terhadap saudara AY," kata Andri Wijaya usai penyerahan berkas ke Pengadilan Militer II-08 Jakarta pada Kamis (16/4/2026).

Berkas perkara dan bukti telah resmi dilimpahkan, sehingga kewenangan beralih ke pengadilan. Andri Wijaya menegaskan motif belum final dan akan diuji di persidangan, dengan kemungkinan pengembangan jika muncul fakta baru, termasuk keterlibatan pihak lain.

Tim Advokasi Untuk Demokrasi (TAUD) memprotes pelimpahan ke pengadilan militer. Ketua Umum YLBHI Muhamad Isnur menyebut proses Puspom TNI dan Oditur Militer tidak transparan, mengabaikan hak korban. "Andrie Yunus sendiri sebagai korban telah menyatakan keberatannya untuk kasusnya diproses di peradilan militer karena menjadi sarang impunitas," ujar Isnur.
