기획재정부와 고용노동부는 인구구조 변화, 경력직 선호, 중동 사태 등 세 가지 과제를 논의했다. 정부는 “평화협정이 체결됐으나 불확실성이 완전히 해소되지 않았다”고 밝혔다.
정부는 고용 인센티브 강화 등 장기 과제를 발굴하고 인공지능 전환에 따른 노동 수요 변화에 대응할 계획이다.
