三星电子工会暂停与管理层的谈判

三星集团联合工会(SGUU)下属三星电子分会负责人崔承浩在一份声明中表示:“鉴于管理层缺乏诚意,我们已决定中断谈判,并寻求当地劳动仲裁委员会的裁决。”

他表示,双方未能就取消绩效奖金上限达成一致。

不过,根据工会在其网站上发布的周五谈判纪要,工会暗示未来仍有可能恢复谈判,称此次暂停并不代表谈判“破裂”。

此前,包括SGUU和全国三星电子工会(NSEU)在内的三个工会于周二恢复了薪资谈判。工会成员一直要求管理层取消奖金上限,并要求加薪7%,同时提高计算绩效奖金的透明度。

上周,工会方面表示,93.1%的成员投票支持在五月份举行罢工。这三个工会共有约9万名成员。
