Kapolda Jawa Barat Irjen Pol Rudi Setiawan menyatakan kekerasan terjadi berulang sejak Mei 2024 hingga Juni 2026. Korban disundut rokok, dipukul dengan helm dan meja kecil, serta dikurung di kamar kos.
