노조는 연봉의 50%로 제한된 상여금 상한을 폐지하고 반도체 사업 영업이익의 15%를 상여금 풀에 배정할 것을 요구하고 있다. 삼성전자는 올해 한시적으로 SK하이닉스 수준을 상회하는 상여금을 제안했으나 상한 유지 입장을 고수하고 있다.
파업이 현실화될 경우 글로벌 메모리 공급에 차질이 생길 수 있다는 우려가 나온다. KB증권 애널리스트 제프 김은 18일 파업으로 DRAM 공급이 3~4% 감소할 수 있다고 추정했다. 한국은행은 최악의 경우 올해 경제성장률 전망치 2.0%에서 0.5%포인트 하락할 수 있다고 밝혔다.
