Main: "A Fjord in Central Europe – Pan-Fried Fish Fillets on Pea Puree with Radish Pickles". Dessert: "Sweet 'New World' Meets Europe and Far East – Filled Hemisphere with White Chocolate Cream, Raspberries, and Yuzu-Lemon Sorbet".

Friday, January 16, Alex concludes. Appetizer: "Gyoza Me Crazy" with shrimp, ponzu, radish, and pointed cabbage. Main: "Umami: When Surf Meets Earth" with tuna, avocado, herb oyster mushrooms, mango, and Jerusalem artichoke. Dessert: "That Sweet End, What More Do You Want?" with pavlova, yuzu, passion fruit, miso, and crème anglaise.
