한국거래소(KRX)는 코스피200 선물 지수가 5% 이상 상승하자 매수 사이드카를 발동해 프로그램 매매를 5분간 정지했다.
트럼프 대통령은 현지시간 11일 이란에 대한 예정된 공습을 취소했다고 밝히며 합의가 이뤄졌고 이번 주말 유럽에서 서명될 수 있다고 말했다. 이란 측은 아직 확인하지 않았다.
이날 미국 생산자물가지수 상승 소식도 전해졌으나 증시는 월스트리트 상승세를 따라 강세를 보였다.
