Beamte und Angestellte im öffentlichen Dienst erhalten ab dem kommenden Jahr einen zusätzlichen Urlaubstag. Der Anspruch steigt damit von 30 auf 31 Tage.

Die CDU kritisiert bereits die sogenannte Lifestyle-Teilzeit. Merz hatte zuvor mehr Arbeit von den Deutschen gefordert.
