6일간 진행된 투표에서 두 주요 노조 소속 6만 2,616명 중 73.7%가 잠정 합의안을 지지했다. 노사 양측은 이날 협상안에 서명했다.
합의안에 따라 삼성은 반도체 사업 실적의 10.5%에 해당하는 특별 성과급을 지급하기로 했다. 이 성과급은 2026년부터 2028년까지 연간 영업이익 200조 원, 2029년부터 2035년까지 100조 원 목표를 달성할 경우 회사 주식으로 지급된다.
여명구 삼성전자 DS부문 인재팀장은 "이번 임금 협상 타결을 시작으로 노사가 함께 글로벌 경쟁력을 강화해 나갈 것"이라고 밝혔다. 삼성은 향후 5년간 5조 원 규모의 기금을 조성해 협력사 지원과 인재 육성에 투자할 계획이다.
