Kiai Ashari ditangkap di Wonogiri setelah mangkir pemeriksaan

Polisi menangkap Kiai Ashari, pengasuh Pondok Pesantren Ndolo Kusumo di Kabupaten Pati, pada Kamis pagi, 7 Mei 2026, di Purwantoro, Wonogiri. Ia diduga melakukan pencabulan terhadap puluhan santriwati dengan memanfaatkan doktrin agama.

Ashari diamankan tim Satreskrim Polresta Pati setelah sebelumnya melarikan diri dan tidak memenuhi panggilan pemeriksaan. Ia langsung dibawa ke Mapolresta Pati untuk pemeriksaan lanjutan.

Kapolres Kota Pati Komisaris Besar Polisi Jaka Wahyudi mengatakan tersangka menggunakan doktrin bahwa murid harus menuruti guru agar ilmu dapat terserap. Perbuatan tersebut diduga dilakukan sebanyak 10 kali di lokasi berbeda dengan alasan meminta dipijat.

Direktur Reserse Kriminal Umum Polda Jawa Tengah Kombes Anwar Nasir membenarkan penangkapan tersebut. Polisi masih mendalami kemungkinan korban tambahan dan fakta baru dalam kasus ini.
