Seit der Preissenkung für den Xbox Game Pass Ultimate von 23 £ auf 17 £ pro Monat und für den PC Game Pass von 13,50 £ auf 11 £ seien die Neuzugänge gestiegen und die Kundenbindung habe sich verbessert, sagte sie. Neue Call of Duty-Titel werden nicht mehr direkt am Veröffentlichungstag im Dienst verfügbar sein.
