Sidang putusan Nadiem Makarim dalam kasus korupsi Chromebook digelar hari ini

Sidang putusan untuk mantan Menteri Pendidikan Nadiem Makarim digelar Selasa di Pengadilan Tindak Pidana Korupsi Jakarta Pusat terkait dugaan korupsi pengadaan laptop Chromebook.

Sidang dipimpin Hakim Ketua Purwanto Abdullah dan dijadwalkan pukul 10.00 WIB di ruang Muhammad Hatta Ali. Nadiem merupakan terdakwa dalam kasus dugaan korupsi program digitalisasi pendidikan di Kementerian Pendidikan, Kebudayaan, Riset, dan Teknologi tahun 2019-2022.

Kasus ini melibatkan pengadaan laptop Chromebook dan Chrome Device Management yang diduga tidak sesuai rencana, menyebabkan kerugian negara Rp2,18 triliun. Nadiem sebelumnya dituntut 18 tahun penjara dan uang pengganti Rp5,67 triliun.

Terdakwa lain termasuk Ibrahim Arief, Mulyatsyah, Sri Wahyuningsih, dan Jurist Tan yang masih buron. Nadiem diduga menerima Rp809,59 miliar dari PT Aplikasi Karya Anak Bangsa melalui PT Gojek Indonesia.
