Die Desiderius-Erasmus-Stiftung hat einen Antrag auf einstweilige Anordnung beim Bundesverwaltungsgericht in Karlsruhe eingereicht. Sie wirft dem Bundesinnenministerium unter Alexander Dobrindt Verzögerungstaktik vor. Die Stiftung wartet seit Monaten auf ihre Fördermittel.

Die Desiderius-Erasmus-Stiftung, die mit der AfD verbunden ist, hat am Donnerstag einen Antrag auf einstweilige Anordnung in Karlsruhe gestellt. Grund ist die anhaltende Verzögerung der Auszahlung ihrer staatlichen Mittel durch das Bundesinnenministerium. Die Stiftung beklagt eine "Verzögerungstaktik" der Behörde.

Das Stiftungsfinanzierungsgesetz sieht keine Fristen für das Abschluss des Prüfungsverfahrens vor. Nach einer Entscheidung des Bundesverfassungsgerichts, die frühere Praktiken für verfassungswidrig erklärte, erhalten etablierte Parteistiftungen jährlich rund 600 Millionen Euro. Die Desiderius-Erasmus-Stiftung fühlt sich benachteiligt.

Erika Steinbach, mit der Stiftung assoziiert, wird in Kommentaren als taff und standhaft gelobt. Kritiker sehen in dem Verhalten der Altparteien ein Kartellverhalten, das neue Konkurrenten ausschließt.
