Studie kopplar parens „gemensamma savourerande“ till bättre relationsutfall, särskilt under stress

En studie från University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign på 589 amerikanska vuxna fann att personer som oftare „savourerar“ positiva upplevelser med sin partner – genom att återbesöka goda minnen, njuta av stunden eller se fram emot framtida händelser – rapporterade högre relationsnöjdhet, mindre kommunikationskonflikter och större tillit till att relationen håller. Analysen tyder också på att gemensamt savourerande kan dämpa det negativa sambandet mellan stress och både relationsförtroende och psykisk distress.
