Landgericht Berlin urteilt gegen Correctiv-Bericht zum Potsdamer Treffen

Das Landgericht Berlin hat in seiner Urteilsbegründung den Bericht von Correctiv über das Potsdamer Treffen als „unwahr, ungenau und unvollständig“ bezeichnet. Die AfD-Politikerin Huy hat den Prozess gegen Correctiv in allen Punkten gewonnen. Die Begründung liegt nun dem JF vor.

Das Landgericht Berlin hat in der Begründung zu seinem Urteil den Correctiv-Bericht über das „Potsdamer Treffen“ als „unwahr, ungenau und unvollständig“ eingestuft. Die Klägerin, AfD-Politikerin Huy, setzte sich in allen Antragsstellen durch.
